Charge Generators
The
electrostatic charge generator is a device that generates high voltage that
develops electrostatic charges through the use of charge bars.
The emission of charges creates a temporary bonding or release system on
the different types of material, producing an adhesion or detachment effect
through an electric field.
The charging generator is available in analog mode (230 volt) digital
(24 volt and 230 volt) versions and can be combined with:
- Charging bars, available in two models: High profile (BARPA) and Low profile (BARPB)
- Fixing systems
- Hole Finder - Counter Systems
The fields of applications are many, among which the main ones are:
- Printing
- Assembling of sheets
- Film fixing on chill roll for cast lines
- Elimination of air bubbles in the film coupling
